The Appellant was convicted by the District Court of unnatural offence contrary to the law and was sentenced to imprisonment for thirty years. Aggrieved by that decision of the District Court, he appealed to the High Court. The appeal was dismissed and the sentence was enhanced to life imprisonment since the victim was aged below ten years. Following that decision, the Appellant is before this Court on appeal.
