The Appellant was charged with six counts on the offence of murder contrary to the law by the High Court. After a full trial, the judge summed up the case to the assessors who all returned a verdict of guilty. Ultimately, the Appellant was convicted on all counts and sentenced to suffer death by hanging. Aggrieved, the Appellant has appealed to the Court challenging the decision of the trial court.
