The Appellant was charged with an offence of rape contrary to the law in the District Court of Same. He was sentence to 30 years’ imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court at Moshi was not successful, for that Court found no merit in any of his grounds and dismissed it. He has now come to this Court on a second appeal in his bid to protest his innocence.
