The Respondent was charged of malicious damage to property by the primary court. The trial court concluded that the Appellant had failed to discharge the burden of proving the charges against the Respondent. Accordingly, acquitted the Respondent. Aggrieved the Appellant unsuccessfully appealed to the District Court. Undaunted, the Appellant has knocked at the Court’s door, hence, this appeal.
