This is an Appeal from the District Court of Nyamagana where
the Appellants were charged, convicted and sentenced to 3 years’ imprisonment
for burglary and stealing. Dissatisfied with both conviction and sentence, the
Appellants preferred the present appeal to this Court challenging inter alia
the admission of exhibits that led to their conviction.
