The Appellant after being aggrieved with the decision of the
High Court, decided to appeal. On the date set for hearing of this matter an
objection on a point of law was raised as to whether the party sued was the
proper party to be sued. The Appellant claims that the names, Coca Cola Kwanza
Bottles Ltd., or Coca Cola Kwanza Bottlers or Coca Cola Kwanza Ltd., mean and
refer to the same company.
