The Appellant, was charged with and convicted on his own
pleas of guilty of Armed Robbery contrary to sections 285 and 286 of the Penal
Code [Cap 16 of the Laws R.E. 2002]. Subsequently he has appealed against the
sentence and conviction, alleging that he was beaten up, hence, his own plea of
guilty.
