The Appellant was charged with and convicted of robbery with
violence. His first appeal to the High Court was not successful hence a further
appeal to the Court of Appeal. In the Court of Appeal one of the grounds was
unfavourable circumstances leading to his identification. The Court considered,
inter alia, this ground.
