The Appellant appealed to the District Court against the
decision of the Primary Court which appointed both the respondent and the
Appellant as administrators of the Estate of the late Bakari Mohamed. The
District Court upheld the decision of the Primary Court and dismissed the
Appellant’s appeal. The Appellant further appealed to the High Court
challenging the appointment of the Respondent as an administrator on the ground
that, he is not an heir and not having a blood relationship with the deceased.
