The plaintiff claimed for a declaration that the appointment
of a receiver of its property and the notice of appointment of that receiver to
the Registrar of Companies was null and void. The Plaintiff also claimed for an
injunction, general and specific damages and costs. The Defendant denied
liability and raised a counter claim.
