The Applicant had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal. The drawn order which was part of the record of appeal was signed by the Registrar instead of the judge who made the decision appealed against. In this application, the Applicant asked the Court to allow it to amend the drawn order and extend time within which to file another one. The Court of Appeal considered whether the application before it was competent.
