The Applicant, the deceased’s divorced wife, aggrieved by
the Respondent’s exclusion of the
Applicant’s two issues in the administration of the estate applied for
the revocation of the appointment of the administrator and in her place, the
Administrator-General be appointed in accordance with the provisions of section
49 (1) (e) and (2) of the Probate and Administration of Estates Act [Cap 352
R.E. 2002] and rule 29 of the Probate and Administration Rules.
