The Appellant unsuccessful filed Land Case No. 5 of 2007 Muriaza Ward Tribunal, which went on appeal before the District Land and housing Tribunal as appeal No. 138 of 2007. He, therefore, decided to file this appeal on among other grounds that the Court misdirected itself on the propriety of the composition of the members of the trial tribunal.
