In this case, each party called witnesses. The Appellants and the Respondent called three witnesses each. The Tribunal also called a tribunal witness and visited the locus in quo, but there was no note made for the visitation. Neither party tendered any documentary evidence before the Tribunal. Both parties filed pleadings with attached annexures. But as the annexures were not tendered in the Tribunal as exhibits. The 1st Appellant did not file any defence and did not appear before the Tribunal and, therefore, the matter was heard ex-parte against her.
