Aggrieved by the decision of the Kinondoni District Land and Housing Tribunal which declared the Respondents as the lawful owners of the suit premises the Appellant appealed to the High Court. Her appeal was grounded on her claim that the suit premises was a matrimonial home which could not be sold without her consent. It was shown in evidence the Appellant was neither involved in the negotiations that preceded the sale nor signed the sale agreement.
