The Applicants filed an application for resealing of probate granted by the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in a Succession Cause No. 2342 of 2009. In an affidavit to support application the Applicant stated that the deceased had several properties in Tanzania and a list of properties and inventory was also included. This application was not objected.
