In a suit for specific performance for a joint venture
business of livestock and trading project both parties raised objections. Some
of the objections were that the court had no jurisdiction because the suit
related to a land matter, that a party could not rely on a power of attorney
for its lack of registration and that a point of fact cannot be disposed of by
way of a preliminary objection.
