This matter commenced in the District Land and Housing Tribunal of Kinondoni District where the Appellant unsuccessfully sued the Respondents for trespass into the disputed parcel of land located at Goba Kizudi in Kinondoni District, Dar es Salaam. The Tribunal decided in favour of the Respondents. The Appellant was aggrieved by the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal hence this appeal. When this matter came up for hearing as scheduled, neither the Appellant nor her advocate appeared. The Respondent prayed for the appeal to be dismissed
