The Appellant was charged, convicted and sentenced to life
imprisonment for raping a girl aged ten years old by the District Court.
Aggrieve, he unsuccessfully appealed to the High Court. In this appeal
Appellant is claiming that the age of the victim was not proved, the evidence
of the victim was not corroborated and that it was wrong to conduct proceeding
in camera.
