The applicant filed an application for leave to appeal to
the Court of Appeal. It was supported by an affidavit by the Managing Director
of the Applicant’s company. The gist of the intended appeal was to challenge a
decision which led to the auctioning of the landed properties on Plots No
96-102, held under the Certificate of Title No 16326, Golf Industry Area, Tanga
Township. Further, the applicant stated that there were irregularities which
were committed during the auction of the said properties which require the
attention of the Court.
