In the course of the hearing of testimony and taking the
evidence presented by the Plaintiff’s witness, who tendered a document
extracted from the computer. Counsel for the Defendant raised an objection
that, the document is a computer printout and it is unauthenticated, hence,
should not be admitted as evidence. The Court considered the issue of
admissibility of electronic documents.
