The Applicant approached the High Court, after five years, asking it to revise a subordinate court’s decision to dismiss an application for restoration of the suit. Respondent objected to the application by arguing, inter alia, that it was time-barred. Although the Respondent raised other grounds of objection to the application, the court decided to dispose of the application on the issue of limitation of time alone.
