This is an application for review whereby the applicant is
seeking to review this Court’s decision following dismissal of his appeal. In
the notice of motion, the applicant raised five grounds on which his
application is based. He also raised two other grounds in his affidavit in
support of the notice of motion. The issue before the Court is whether the
grounds of review raised by the applicant satisfy the requirements of the law.
