This matter centred on jurisdiction of the Labour Court to issue injunctions. Aggrieved by the decision of the Labour Court to issue a temporary injunction against the Applicant, there was filed an application for revision in the Court of Appeal on account of want of jurisdiction and irregularity of the proceedings. The Court of Appeal considered the issue of jurisdiction and technical irregularities.
