The Appellant was charged with and convicted of the murder
of his wife and his young child. He was sentenced to the mandatory death
sentence. On appeal to the Court of Appeal questions arose whether the
Appellant was properly identified on the fateful night and whether the
statements made by the Appellant amounted to a voluntary confession.
