In the Resident Magistrate’s Court Hassan Kassim sued the MMI Steel Mills Limited claiming for a sum of Tshs. 50,000,000/= being fair and prompt compensation for injuries he sustained while in the course of employment in the Defendant company. The plaintiff/ Appellant was aggrieved by the decision of the trial court that it lacked jurisdiction hence this appeal.
