This appeal originates from the judgment of the High Court, affirming the decision of the Resident Magistrate’s Court of Coast Region at Kibaha. The Resident Magistrate’s Court, convicted the Appellant of unlawful possession of government trophy and sentenced him to twenty years’ imprisonment and payment of fine. Dissatisfied with the decision of the High Court, hence, this appeal.
