The Appellants were convicted by the Resident Magistrate’s Court of Dar es Salaam at Kisutu of armed robbery contrary to the law and were each handed the mandatory thirty years’ imprisonment. They unsuccessfully appealed to the High Court of Tanzania, hence this second and final appeal.
