This appeal originates from the District Court of Temeke which convicted and sentenced the Appellant to serve thirty years’ imprisonment on a charge of unnatural offence contrary to the law. Aggrieved the Appellant appealed to the High Court. The High Court decision upheld the decision of the District Court. Having been aggrieved by the decision of the High Court he appealed to this Court as the second appeal.
