The Appellant, a legitimate wife and now an Administratix of
the estate of the late Hamisi Suleiman, has filed this appeal challenging the
decision of both the Primary Court and the appellate District Court recognizing
illegitimate children namely Sharifa and Abdul alleged to have been begotten by
the Respondent and the deceased Hamisi Suleiman. The High Court considered
whether the two illegitimate children had any rights on the estate of the
deceased.
