The Appellant herein had successfully sued the Respondent before the Ward Tribunal over a piece of land. Being dissatisfied with that decision of the Tribunal, the Respondent appealed before the District Land and Housing Tribunal where he won. The Appellant is thus appealing against that decision. The Appellant’s father PW3 had divided his land among his four children, the Appellant and PW2 inclusive. There was enough evidence to show that the Respondent bought the land from the Appellant’s younger brother, PW2 and father PW3. The trial tribunal found that in order to maintain harmony and peace, the land should be divided equally among the parties.
