The Appellant unsuccessfully filed an application at trial tribunal claiming inter alia for vacant possession of a plot of land No. 499 situated at Kange in Tanga. Aggrieved with the decision he has appealed to this Court alleging inter alia that the Trial Chairman erred in law and facts in that he refused the application by the Applicant to visit the locus in quo.
