The Ward Tribunal of Nyahongo Ward did on 30th May 2007, declare the present Appellant Torora the lawful owner of the suit land. The Respondent Marsela Maiko was aggrieved and appealed to the District Land and Housing Tribunal of Tarime District which determined the appe 6th September 2012 al on the basis of the decision of Shirati Primary Court Probate Cause No. 3 of 2005 instead of the decision of the Ward Tribunal of Nyahongo in Land Application No. 5 of 2007. The Appellant was aggrieved by the decision, hence preferred this Appeal.
