This land appeal, originated from the decision of Mpunguzi Ward Tribunal where the Respondent lost his case and on appeal to the District Land and Housing Tribunal the Respondent won. Dissatisfied with the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal the Appellant appealed to the High Court. The issue before the Court was whether or not the spouse has locus standi in the matter.
