The Appellant was dissatisfied with the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Iringa District in Land Case No. 20 of 2006 which was dismissed, and appealed to the High Court Land Division at Iringa. On the day for hearing the appeal, the Court suo motu identified an irregularity that the judgment to be appealed and the decree bear different dates. The Court proceeded to strike out the appeal.
