The Appellant was prosecuted, convicted and sentenced to
thirty (30) years for rape contrary to sections 130 (1) and 131 (1) of the
Penal Code by the District Court of Ludewa. Dissatisfied with the decision of
the District Court, he appealed to the High Court. His appeal to the High Court
was unsuccessful, hence this second appeal.
