The plaintiffs complain about misrepresentation amounting to
fraud, on the other, a claim which traces its origin to a Power Purchase
Agreement between the 1st Plaintiff and the 3rd Defendant
and a Loan Facility Agreement with a consortium of Malaysian Banks under which
the Banks agreed to advance. The plaintiffs in this suit are seeking a
multitude of reliefs against the Defendants. The Court discussed the issue as
to what cause of action the plaintiffs are entitled to and when did it arise.
