This is an application for revision made under section 90(c) and section 129 both of the Civil Procedure Decree, Cap 8 of the Laws of Zanzibar. In this application the applicant has moved the court to call and satisfy itself on the lawfulness and correctness of the proceedings and the orders dated 13/10/2015 and 15/02/2016 made by District Magistrate in the District Court Civil Suit No. 03/2014 between the Applicant and the Respondent
