The Applicant, Bharya Engineering and Contracting Co. Ltd, by a notice of motion, applies for extension of time within which to lodge a notice of appeal against the decision of the High Court handed down on in Civil Case No. 4 of 2013. The Applicant stated that it has been diligently prosecuting its case. On the other hand, the Respondent is of the view that nothing but negligence comes out clearly in the applicant’s reasons for the delay to act timely.
